Former Georgia Tech running back Roddy Jones has joined the Raycom Sports broadcast team for the network’s weekly telecast of ACC football games.

Veteran ACC announcer Tim Brant will handle full play-by-play duties, teaming with former Falcons quarterback Dave Archer, who begins his sixth season as analyst for ACC telecasts. Jones will join the group as sideline reporter.

Since 2003 Archer has worked with former Tech play-by-play announcer Wes Durham as the analyst on radio broadcasts of Falcons games.

Jones begins his first season as Raycom’s ACC sideline reporter after serving as analyst for Tech football radio broadcasts for one season. Jones played running back at Tech from 2008-11.
