Atlanta will host a new college golf tournament, the East Lake Cup, in November.

East Lake Golf Club, home of the PGA’s Tour Championship, will host the event on Nov. 2 and 3.

The tournament will feature the four semifinalists from the NCAA’s men’s and women’s golf championships participating in two match-play competitions. Golf Channel will televise the East Lake Cup.

The NCAA women’s championships will be played May 25-27 and the men’s is June 1-3.

Additionally, during the tournament the Tom Cousins Award will be given to a male and female golfer from the participating teams who exemplifies the values of the East Lake Foundation. The award is named after the founder of the East Lake Foundation.
