Georgia Tech received its 15th commitment for the 2018 signing class from Mountain View High wide receiver Malachi Carter, who announced his decision on Twitter on Sunday.

Carter is a three-star prospect (247 Sports) who reported offers from Louisville, N.C. State and Iowa State, among others. Carter is listed at 6-foot-3 and 180 pounds. He is the second wide receiver in the class, along with P.J. Harris of Newnan High. He reported his offer from Tech in June.

Last season, Carter caught 62 passes for 1,060 receiving yards. Both were in the top 10 in the history of Gwinnett County public schools, and Carter was named an all-county selection by the Gwinnett Daily Post.
