Three-star quarterback from Kennesaw, Ga. Justin Fields received an offer to play football at Georgia Tech on Monday, according to Fields' Twitter page.
A junior at Harrison High School, Fields is listed as a duel-threat quarterback by 247Sports and currently has 20 offers. Fields’ most recent offers include Tech, Arizona, Navy and Iowa State.
The 6-foot-2, 210 pound junior is listed as the 15th highest recruited dual-threat quarterback in Georgia by 247Sports.
In his junior season, Fields is in the midst of college visits. Most recently Fields unofficially visited Tennessee for a second time, according to 247Sports. Fields also posted on his twitter page about a recent visit to Penn State on Sept. 5.
According to 247 Sports, Fields’ top schools so far are North Carolina, Northwestern, Penn State, Tennessee and Appalachian State.
In his junior season with the Harrison, Fields helped lead the Hoyas to a 3-0 start. Most recently, the Hoyas defeated North Cobb 25-13 on Friday.
In game film from the Hoyas' first three games this season, Fields proves why he'a listed as a duel-threat quarterback in the first clip, running 70 yards for a touchdown. Fields also shows his arm strength in his game film, rocketing a 58-yard touchdown pass.
According to Fields’ game film, his 40-yard dash time of 4.5 is a threat on the high school level and could be useful under coach Paul Johnson’s scheme at Tech.
The Hoyas next game will be at River Ridge High School on Friday.
