Memphis commit Jamal Woods received a 2017 offer from Georgia Tech on Sunday.

Woods, 2-star defensive end from Hueytown High School, announced his offer on Twitter on Sunday evening writing, "Just received my first ACC offer from Georgia Tech."

A a 6-foot-3, 240 pound senior at Hueytown, Ala., has offers from 11 other colleges including Illinois, Georgia State, Middle Tennessee State, Samford, South Alabama, Southern Miss and Tulane, according to 247 Sports.

Woods will go on an official visit to Illinois the weekend of Jan. 27, according to 247 Sports.
