Georgia State and Kennesaw State added guards on Wednesday, the first day of the late signing period.

The Panthers added Isaiah Dennis of Eagle’s Landing and Jaylen Hinton of Trinity Episcopal in Richmond, Va.

Dennis, 5-feet, 11-inches tall, averaged 16.2 points and 4.3 assists per game in helping Eagle’s Landing to the Class 4A state championship. He earned first-team all-state honors.

Hinton, 6-1, averaged 17.5 points and 5.0 assists per game to earn all-state honors.

Coach Ron Hunter said Dennis can play point guard or shooting guard, while Hinton is more of a point guard. The team will also add Kentucky point guard Ryan Harrow, who is transferring in.

Kennesaw State added 6-5 shooting guard Tanner Wozniak, who averaged 7.8 points per game at Jones County Junior College in Ellisville, Miss. Wozniak, who will be a junior, began his college career at Florida International.

The Owls added three players in the early signing period: Jordan Jones, a 6-8 forward from Alpharetta Saint Francis High, Nate Rucker, a 6-6 forward, and Drew McGhee, a 6-11 center.
