Georgia Tech coaches named left guard Parker Braun, defensive end Anree Saint-Amour and wide receiver Brad Stewart their players of the week for their contributions to Tech’s 66-31 win over Louisville on Friday.

Braun blocked 15 defenders to the ground as the Yellow Jackets amassed 542 rushing yards, Tech’s third highest total in the school’s modern era. As a whole, the team had more than 80 defenders to the ground in 67 plays. Typically, a one-to-one ratio bodes well.

Saint-Amour had two forced fumbles, six tackles, one sack and a quarterback hurry. Both fumbles were recovered by linebacker Charlie Thomas and were converted into touchdowns.

Stewart caught two punts cleanly for fair catches and also handled all 10 of long snapper Jack Coco’s snaps (nine for point-after tries, one for a field goal) for kicker Wesley Wells.
