Georgia heavily favored over Vanderbilt in season opener
The Georgia Bulldogs are 21-point favorites over Vanderbilt in Saturday's season and SEC opener in Nashville, according to Vegasinsider.com.
Georgia, No. 3 in the preseason Associated Press and coaches rankings, defeated Vanderbilt by 28 points in Athens last season and has won 12 of its last 13 against Vanderbilt in Nashville. The lone loss was a 31-27 defeat in 2013.

Georgia's home opener, Sept. 7 against Murray State, will be highlighted by the naming of the field at Sanford Stadium after former head coach and athletic director Vince Dooley.
