Georgia got its third commitment for the 2021 class when defensive lineman Marlin Dean announced his college choice via social media Friday.

Dean, a 6-foot-6, 255-pounder from Elbert County, is a 3-star recruit. He is the nation’s No. 25-ranked defensive tackle and No. 409 overall recruit for 2021, according to 247Sports Composite.

On Thursday, Dean had a social-media post with a picture of himself surrounded logos from 10 schools - Georgia Tech, South Carolina, Florida State, Texas A&M, Tennessee, Arkansas, Auburn, North Carolina, Georgia State and Penn State. However, in the post, Dean was wearing a Georgia uniform. It turned out to be his final choice.
