Westlake High School safety Myles Sims received a 2018 offer from Georgia Tech on Thursday.

Sims announced his offer on Twitter on Thursday writing, "Blessed to receive my 22nd offer from Georgia Tech."

The 4-star recruit from Atlanta, Ga. is ranked No. 17 on 247 Sports’ list of top safeties in the signing class of 2018 and has offers from 22 total schools including Auburn, Alabama, Clemson, Duke, Georgia, Indiana, Louisville, Michigan, NC State, Notre Dame and Penn State.

Sims, a 6-foot-4, 180 pound junior, was named to the 2016 All-Region 2-7A team, according to a post on Twitter by Westlake Football.

Sims most recently received offers from NC State on Dec. 5, Wake Forest on Nov. 29 and Alabama on Nov. 12.
