Usually, when a famous alumnus tweets about his alma mater’s sports endeavors, it’s usually of the rah-rah variety. That wasn’t the case for former UGA golfer Kevin Kisner on Tuesday evening.

The PGA Tour member instead was asking a tough question about the Bulldogs athletic programs via the social media platform. What he wanted to know: “When is the last time we have heard something positive from the UGA athletic administration?”

Tough, but probably a fair question.

The Bulldogs have been through a bit of spring doldrums, with unflattering headlines like "Georgia running back Elijah Holyfield arrested on drug charges" and "UGA president Jere Morehead is asked about his confidence in A.D. Greg McGarity" dominating the newscycle in recent weeks.

It will be interesting to see if there are any responses from the administration, whether directly or indirectly, if this becomes a trend of prominent alumni openly asking questions about their effectiveness.

As for Kisner, he’s been playing some great golf lately. Ranked No. 14 in the world, Kisner finished second at the Zurich Classic last weekend.
