Georgia Tech added its 17th commit of the 2018 signing class Monday night, when Pike County High running back C’Bo Flemister joined Tech’s recruiting class. Pike County coach Brad Webber confirmed the decision.

According to the website Recruit Georgia, Flemister ran for more than 4,300 yards as a junior and senior for Pike County, a Class AAA school. Listed at 6-foot and 192 pounds, Flemister is rated a two-star prospect by 247 Sports. He had previously been committed to Georgia Southern.

He is one of two running backs in the class to this point, the other being Dontae Smith of Columbia, Tenn. Flemister was recruited by Tech safeties coach Andy McCollum.

Recruits can sign letters of intent in the early signing period December 20-22. This is the first year that an early signing period has been an option for prospects for football.
