UGA may or may not have better football players on its roster, but none are as famous as Jake Fromm.

It comes with the territory when you’re the quarterback of a yearly contender for the national championship. Because Fromm has such a sky-high Q rating, whenever he gets a fishing lure stuck in his leg or he breaks a bone in his non-throwing arm, it’s automatic to make headlines.

Fromm was asked about his fame in an interview with 13maz.com's Marvin James. Fromm is from the nearby area, and he gave an typical-Fromm answer that makes him so darn endearing to Georgia fans.

Did you ever think you’d be that name that would resonate with people? “Gosh, no. It’s crazy.”

How do you deal with that? "I'm still trying to figure out. I wish I knew all the answers. But it's crazy think about … it is what it is. I'm super thankful for it. I'm truly blessed to be in the position that I'm in. I just hope I do the best with it, in my shoes. I know there's a lot of decisions I wish I could've made for the better. But, man, I'm here. I'm trying to live it out the best I can. Hopefully I don't mess up too much. You know, get any more hooks in my leg or break any bones. Man, (the fame) is fun and exciting. It definitely keeps me on my toes. I'm really just thankful."
