Quinn was diagnosed with a sarcoma in April. While undergoing chemotherapy, he reacted poorly to the treatment.

After months in the hospital, he was transferred to a rehabilitation hospital where he currently is undergoing physical therapy and chemotherapy treatments.

Quinn was able to join the Eagles thanks to Team IMPACT, a Boston-based charitable organization that pairs children facing adverse health issues with vibrant, team-based collegiate support networks.

Quinn comes from a sports-loving family with ties to the Boston College community and looks forward to being a part of the team.

As an official member of the Boston College men’s basketball team, Quinn will be able to spend all season with players and coaches, creating memories that he will never forget.
