It was a record year in college football with fans congregating for 850 games of FBS play. In total, 37,913,238 fans (an average of 44,603 per game) filled stadiums across the land. As big as that number seems it wasn't a banner year, in fact attendance was down despite more games. Here's a closer look at the crowds in 2014:
