Atlantic Sun honors two Kennesaw State athletes

Kennesaw State’s Gabe Friese was named the Atlantic Sun Conference co-pitcher of the week in baseball, and Kara Chambers named the conference’s softball player of the week on Monday.

Friese pitched seven innings with 10 strikeouts in a 7-0 win over Middle Tennessee State. He is 2-1 this season with an ERA of 1.61.
