The Duke Blue Devils of the ACC and the Texas A&M Aggies of the SEC play at 8 p.m. on New Year's Eve, Tuesday, Dec. 31, 2013. The Chick-fil-a Bowl is sold out. The game in the Georgia Dome will be televised on ESPN.
The parade: An annual feature, the pre-game Chick-fil-a Bowl parade begins at 1 p.m. Tuesday, December 31, 2013. The starting place is Peachtree Street at Baker Street and concludes at the Georgia World Congress Center.
After the parade, you can join the fun at Underground Atlanta. A New Year's Day festival with live music and family activities begins at 11 a.m. The Peach Drop happens at Underground Atlanta at midnight Dec. 31.
The FanZone: Even if you don't have game tickets, you can show off your team spirit at a pre-game expo on Tuesday. In addition to food and concessions, fans can take part in team pep rallies, with appearances by school bands, cheerleaders and mascots and a walk-thru by each team. Other activities include receiving, passing and kicking games, obstacle courses and rock climbing walls. 2:30 pm - 6:30 pm Tuesday, Dec. 31, 2013. $17. Georgia World Congress Center - Halls C1 - C4.
