The ACC is moving its football media days online, making it the last of the 10 FBS leagues to announce it is going virtual because of concerns about COVID-19.

The ACC Football Kickoff was scheduled to be held at The Westin in Charlotte, N.C. It has been rescheduled for July 21-23, with coverage on the ACC Network. Commissioner John Swofford, each of the conference’s 14 head coaches — including Georgia Tech’s Geoff Collins — and selected players will be featured.

“As we continue to navigate the necessary steps surrounding COVID-19, transitioning this year’s ACC Football Kickoff from an in-person event to a virtual experience is the best option to provide media access to our coaches and student-athletes,” Swofford said in a statement. “Our primary focus in all decisions continues to be the health and welfare of our student-athletes, coaches, and in this specific instance, all of our media partners and event attendees.”
