College Recruiting: Georgia's top RB prospects

College football recruiting: Georgia's top high school RB prospects, profiled in photos.

Banneker's Alfred Moreland (2) rushed for 1,002 yards on 179 carries last season and had 10 receptions. Has a scholarship offer from Air Force and is receiving interest from Boston College and Middle Tennessee State.

Carver-Atlanta's Demond Dennis (left, with ball) rushed for 1,600 yards and 13 touchdowns last season for the Panthers' quarterfinalist team. Considering Alabama, Alabama-Birmingham, Auburn, East Carolina, Illinois, Louisville, Miami-Ohio and Western Kentucky.

ECI's Washaun Ealey opened the '08 season with 137 yards and touchdown runs of 39, 15 and two yards on 17 carries during the Bulldogs' 28-13 win over Savannah Country Day. Committed to Georgia.

Harrison's Robbie Godhigh (21, right) has great moves and hits his hole with the quickness shown in his impressive 40 time (4.48). Considering Alabama, Furman, Georgia Tech, Louisville and North Carolina State.

East Paulding's Jahron Brown (32, right) is a powerful runner who displays tremendous quickness and speed at the beginning of his runs. He's considering East Carolina, Middle Tennessee State, Troy, Western Carolina and Western Michigan.

Kell's Justin Randolph is a tough runner with great speed and is a strong finisher. He's considering Air Force, Furman, Mississippi State, Vanderbilt and Wake Forest.

Parkview's Brandon Jacobs could be in line for a 1,000-yard season after compiling 881 yards on the ground in 2007. Uncommited, but leaning heavily towards Auburn.

Chamblee's Warren Norman (5, left) rushed for 1,558 yards on 167 carries (9.3 ypc) and scored 27 touchdowns as a junior in leading Bulldogs to the Class AAA semifinals. Committed to Vanderbilt.

Norcross's D.J. Adams (left, with ball) is a strong, natural runner who has proven that he can carry the ball 20 times a game. Committed to Maryland.

Central Gwinnett's Diante Drake has great hands, vision and speed. He's considering Auburn, Florida and Georgia Tech.

Drayton Calhoun, Tucker -- The 5-foot-11, 170-pound Calhoun (with ball) admits that he likely would be committed to Georgia, rather than LSU, had circumstances been different. LSU moved very quickly with the speedy Calhoun, offering him last February before Georgia could finish its evaluation.

Milton's Toney Williams (in white) ran for 850 yards and eight touchdowns last season, and had 158 yards and a touchdown receiving. He's committed to Tennessee.
