Chipper, McCann 4th in NL All-Star voting

Braves players Chipper Jones and Brian McCann are each in fourth place in National League fan voting for baseball's All-Star Game next month.

The latest NL voting results were announced Monday.

Jones is fourth among third baseman with 434,383 votes. He trails the Mets' David Wright (685,972), the Nationals' Ryan Zimmerman (482,059) and the Brewers' Brian Hall (440,159).

Jones made the team last year after a seven year absence.

McCann, who has made the All-Star game in his first three seasons, is fourth among catchers with 416,149 votes. He trails the Cardinals' Yadier Molina (629,007), the Brewers' Jason Kendall (471,557) and the Astros' Ivan Rodriguez (423,369).

Fan voting for the All-Star game, which will be held in St. Louis on July 14, concludes at midnight on July 2. Rosters will be announced on July 5.
