How the winning run scored: Durham's Brandon Guyer homered in the night's first at-bat and later tripled and scored to fuel the Bulls' victory at Coolray Field Monday night. The Bulls later added four runs in the ninth. The G-Braves, in last place in the International League South, are 1-8 against the first-place Bulls.

At the plate: The G-Braves were limited to four hits, one of them a Luis Nunez double. It marked the ninth time Gwinnett has been shut out this year and the fourth time this month.

On the mound: G-Braves starter Joe Bisenius allowed five hits and three runs in six innings. Over his last 28 1/3 innings, he has given up 45 hits and 12 walks.

What's next for the G-Braves: Gwinnett concludes a two-game series with the Bulls at 6:05 p.m. at Coolway Field. The G-Braves then depart on a six-game road trip.
