G-Braves’ opener rained out

The Gwinnett Braves’ season opener was rained out Thursday. The G-Braves were to face the Charlotte Knights at 7:05 p.m. Instead, the teams will open the season at 7:05 p.m. Friday and make up Thursday’s game as part of a doubleheader Saturday, starting at 5:05 p.m.
