Add Mike Scott to the growing list of Hawks who will not play in tonight’s exhibition game against the Grizzlies.

Scott was ruled out for the preseason opener with left knee soreness on the Hawks injury report issued in the afternoon. Scott missed practice Wednesday before the team departed for Memphis for treatment. Hawks coach Mike Budenholzer did not disclose the nature of the injury that prevented the forward from practicing. Scott recently had his knee iced before several training camp practices.

Scott is joined by Paul Millsap (right knee rehabilitation), Jarrett Jack (right knee rehabilitation) and Tiago Splitter (right hamstring strain) as out for the preseason game. Millsap and Jack have already been ruled out of the Hawks’ preseason game at the Spurs on Saturday.
