With the NBA trade deadline approaching Thursday afternoon, the Hawks made another move Wednesday night, trading Jabari Parker and Alex Len to the Sacramento Kings in exchange for center Dewayne Dedmon and two second-round picks.

ESPN first reported the trade, which the Atlanta Journal-Constitution was able to confirm.

The picks, according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, are 2020 and 2021 second-round picks. Dedmon, 30, played two seasons in Atlanta in 2017 and 2018, averaging 10.4 points and 7.7 rebounds.

Parker, who has been coming off a right shoulder impingement and has not played since Jan. 3, was not on the Hawks’ current road trip (they beat Minnesota Wednesday night and play in Boston Friday). Before getting injured, Parker was averaging 15 points and six rebounds in 26.2 minutes per game.

Len had also struggled to stay healthy as of late. He hadn’t played in six games due to a right hip flexor strain and had previously missed four games in January due to low back pain.
