Hawks vs. Celtics -- Game 6

The Atlanta Hawks host the Boston Celtics in Game 6 of first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.

Hawks fans came out in full force for Game 6 at Philips Arena. Atlanta, one game shy of elimination, trailed by as many as 12 points before rallying to beat the Celtics 103-100 and forcing a Game 7 Sunday in Boston.

A white-out was planned for Game 6, with Philips sponsoring 20,000 T-shirts with "Shock the World" splashed across them and waiting for fans on their seats when they entered the building.

Hawks guard Joe Johnson shoots over Celtics guard Eddie House. Johnson had just 2 points by halftime. He finished the night with 15 points and 5 assists.

Hawks forward Marvin Williams cuts in between the Celtics' Paul Pierce (34) and Kevin Garnett for 2 of his 18 points. Williams left the game after suffering a sprained left knee, but returned in the closing seconds.

Celtics guard Rajon Rondo gets the best of the Hawks' Mike Bibby.

Josh Smith keeps up his stellar playoff play, finishing the night with 11 points and 3 blocks.

Hawks forward Al Horford is helped up by teammates Zaza Pachulia and Marvin Williams after Horford drew a foul late in the fourth. Horford had a quiet night with 16 points, 5 rebounds.

Josh Smith scored 11 points and recorded 3 blocks in the winning effort.

Hawks guard Mike Bibby is pressured under the basket by Celtics center Kendrick Perkins. Bibby finished the night with 17 points and 7 assists. He nailed the game-clinching free throw with just under 2 seconds left.

Forward Marvin Williams, who lead the Hawks scorers, left the game with a sprained left knee but was brought in as a defensive replacement late in the fourth.
