You're going to hear a lot about the Atlanta Hawks' top pick in the 2014 NBA Draft.

Michigan State forward Adreian Payne is a big man (6-foot-10, 245 pounds) who can shoot.

He can shoot from beyond the arc (.423 3-point average).

He is Michigan State's all-time blocks leader (141).

He scored more than 1,200 career points and had more than 700 rebounds.

But the one stat that's not in any record book is his large heart.

Payne had a well-documented relationship with a 7-year-old cancer patient named Lacey Holsworth. A Spartan superfan, Holsworth cultivated an incredibly heart-warming devotion to Payne.

"Princess Lacey" as she was known died earlier this year from neuroblastoma, a fetal-nerve cell cancer.

Payne honored Lacey with his draft night outfit, a blue and pink sportscoat with with words "Adorable Lacey" embroidered inside.

The documentary about their relationship (above) is a must watch. It'll be the best 5 minutes you spend today, and it will paint a great picture of Atlanta's newest big man with a big heart.
