Atlanta Hawks win TAG diversity award

The Hawks received the Business Champion of Diversity Excellence Award presented by the Technology Association of Georgia on Wednesday night.

The award was presented at TAG’s Fifth Annual Diversity Leadership Awards celebration at The Buckhead Club in Atlanta. The Hawks were one of six finalists for the award which recognizes outstanding efforts in diversity and inclusion within organizations and those who have gone above and beyond to support diversity and inclusion practices.

Hawks vice chairman Grant Hill attended the ceremony along with Nzinga Shaw, the organization’s chief diversity and inclusion officer. Members of the organization’s diversity and inclusion council were also in attendance.
