How the winning runs scored: Game 1 - Zoilo Almonte hits a two-run homer with two outs after David Adams was hit by a pitch to give the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders a 2-0 lead. Game 2 - Ronnier Mustelier's sixth inning home run breaks a 1-1 tie.

At the plate: Game 1 - Braves got only two hits in the seven inning game, both in the final inning leading to their only score. Joe Leonard who got a one out single scored on bases loaded single (after a walk and a fielding error) by Alden Carrithers. DH Brian McCann was 0-1 with a walk in his final rehab appearance before rejoining the Atlanta Braves in Cincinnati Monday. Game 2 - Matt Kennelly get a one-out bunt single and scores on Alden Carrithers two out single to left. Carrithers had both of the Braves RBIs on the day. Each team had five hits in the seven inning game.

On the mound: Game 1 - Braves pitchers give up 10 hits, including a homer and a triple. Starter Tim Corcoran ( 1-3, 3.48 ERA) who gave up seven hits and three runs in five innings took the loss. Game 2 - Reliever Cole McCurry ( 0-1, 1.72 ERA) who gave up four hits and one run in three innings took the loss.

What's next for the G-Braves: Braves (12-19) close out the homestand with four against Pawtucket (17-13) including a 10:30 a.m. start Thursday. RailRiders leave town with a 17-11 record after taking four from the Braves.
