Ryan Flaherty is leaving his mark on the Braves’ history books.

Flaherty, who the Braves signed to a one-year, $750,000 deal before the season's start, became the team's third third baseman to have four hits and score four runs in a game.

Nick Markakis’ brother-in-law went 4-for-5 with two doubles and four runs scored in the Braves’ 15-2 win Saturday against the Philadelphia Phillies.

But Flaherty can lay claim to an Atlanta first. In his first three games with Atlanta, Flaherty has seven hits.
According to Elias Sports Bureau, that's the most hits in a player's first three games with the Braves since the franchise moved to Atlanta in 1966.
