How the winning run scored: Addison Maruszak's bases-loaded double with two outs in the seventh inning provided Scranton/Wilkes-Barre with its first runs of the game and gave the RailRiders a 2-0 lead over the host Gwinnett Braves on Thursday night.

At the plate: G-Braves right-fielder Joey Terdoslavich was 3-for-4, all singles. Atlanta Braves catcher Brian McCann moved his injury-rehab stint to Triple-A Gwinnett and was 1-for-4. He drove in the G-Braves' only run with a two-out single to center in the eighth that scored Todd Cunningham. McCann hit .357 (5-for-14) with three home runs and seven RBIs in four games at Single-A Rome.

On the mound: G-Braves starter Sean Gilmartin (2-1) gave up three runs on four hits and struck out six in 6 2/3 innings.

Up next for Gwinnett: The G-Braves (12-16) and the RailRiders (14-11) continue their series at 7:05 p.m. Friday at Coolray Field in Lawrenceville. Left-hander Yohan Flande (1-1, 4.43 ERA) is scheduled to start for Gwinnett.
