Where: Miller Park, Milwaukee

When: 8:10 p.m.

TV/Radio: SPSO/680, 93.7, 106.7

Probable starting pitchers: Braves RH Matt Wisler (2-1, 2.60 ERA) vs. RH Kyle Lohse (5-9, 6.24)

What's new: It turns out Saturday's nine-run outburst was just a reprieve from the Braves' offensive malaise. The Braves were shut out in their series finale against the Phillies Sunday to give them just 43 runs over their previous 18 games (2.39 average) not including Saturday's fireworks. A.J. Pierzynski is coming off a three-hit game Sunday, his fourth of the year. Cameron Maybin had a pair of three-hit games against the Phillies and brings a five-game hitting streak to Milwaukee. Maybin has hit .450 (9-for-20) over that time with two doubles and a home run, while bringing his season batting average to .294. His seven home runs on the season is two shy of his career high (nine in 2011 as a Padre).
