Five fun Braves stats to ponder after a road win over the Blue Jays Tuesday:

1. Freddie Freeman is on pace for 63 homers this season. No pressure or anything, Freddie.

He hit his NL-leading 14th homer Tuesday. Andruw Jones owns the team record with 51 home runs in 2005.

2. After a dreadful start to the season, Dansby Swanson hit .368 in the past week. He has at least one hit in eight straight games, and has reached safely in 18 of 19.

3. The Braves have won four of their past five games.

4. Matt Kemp has reached base in 20 straight games, the second-longest streak of his career. He's hitting .348.

5. The Braves are 15-21 after 36 games. That's not great but it's a lot better than their 9-27 mark after 36 games last season.
