Braves first baseman Freddie Freeman hit his third walk-off hit of the season Monday night against the N.Y. Mets at Turner Field, which is good enough to lead all of Major League Baseball in that category.

The 23-year-old first baseman swings mightily and brings in the winning runs. It happened against early this morning when hit a two-run homer in the ninth for his third walk-off hit of the season - which is good enough to lead all of baseball in that category.
