How the winning run scored: Tim Beckham, was hit by a pitch, stole second and went to third after consecutive walks. He scored on a sacrifice fly. The Bulls (56-35), the International League's top scoring offense got the game's only run without a hit.

At the plate: G-Braves were limited to four hits, one apiece by Jose Constanza, Todd Cunningham, Joe Leonard (a double) and Philip Gossellin.

On the mound: Braves Starter David Hale (3-4, 3.42) took the loss with one run in 7 1/3 innings on six hits, four walks and one strikeout. Releiver Joe Beimel (4.73) gave up two hits with two strikeouts. Bulls starter Merrill Kelly (3-0, 2.03) got the win and Josh Lueke (0.48) got his 11th save.

What's next for the G-Braves: The Braves (38-53) host the Norfolk Tides (48-42) for four beginning at 6:05 p.m. Monday. Right-hander Joe Bisenius (2-1, 5.87) will start for the G-Braves against Tides' left-hander Jake Pettit (3-1, 2.37).
