Eight of the Braves' nine top prospects -- as rated by Baseball America -- are in spring training.

Eight of the Braves' nine top prospects -- as rated by Baseball America -- are in spring training. Here is where they are projected to start the season: JULIO TEHERAN, RHP: Projected to start in Triple-A or in Braves starting rotation. He went 1-1 with 10 strikeouts and 5.03 ERA in three major league starts last season.

ARODYS VIZCAINO, RHP: Projected to start in Triple-A or major league roster. Vizcaino played in Class-A, Double-A and Triple-A last season, going 5-5 with a 3.06 ERA in 17 starts.

TYLER PASTORNICKY, SS: Projected to start in majors. Pastornicky had a fielding percentage of .938 and batted .365 in 27 games with the Gwinnett Braves (Triple-A).

RANDALL DELGADO, RHP: Projected to start in Triple-A or in the Braves' starting rotation. Delgado went 1-1 with 18 strikeouts and a 2.83 ERA in seven major league starts with the Braves last season.

ZEKE SPRUILL, RHP: Projected to start in Double-A. Drafted by the Braves in the 2nd round of the 2008 draft, Spruill -- a Marietta native -- pitched in 174-2/3 innings in Single-A and Double-A last season. He went 10-11 with a 3.19 ERA.

SEAN GILMARTIN, LHP: Projected to start in Class-A. Gilmartin, taken 28th overall by the Braves in the 2011 amateur draft, went 2-1 with a 2.53 ERA in five starts with Class-A Rome last season.

ANDRELTON SIMMONS, SS: Projected to start in Double-A. He batted .311 with 161 hits, 52 RBI and 26 stolen bases in High-A Lynchburg last season. He had a .958 fielding percentage.
