Braves pitching prospect Lucas Sims, a Lawrenceville native, gave up eight runs in four innings in his first home start for the Gwinnett Braves Tuesday night.

Two of the eight runs scored against Sims were unearned. The Brookwood High School graduate allowed eight hits, walked none and struck out four.

He's 0-2 since being promoted to Triple-A.

Ozzie Albies had an RBI on a groundout for Gwinnett, which is 13-14.
