Braves pitcher Aaron Blair left the Gwinnett Stripers’ road game with Durham due to an injury Wednesday night.

Blair was attempting to cover home on his wild pitch when he injured himself and left the game. The nature and severity of the injury were not disclosed immediately after the game.

Top Braves prospect Ronald Acuna went 0-for-4, finishing 2-for-19 in the season-opening road trip.

Durham won the Triple-A matchup 5-2.

Danny Santana and Carlos Franco hit home runs for Gwinnett (2-3).

The Stripers play their home opener Thursday night at Coolray Field at 7:05 p.m.
