The Wall Street Journal Online lists Oakland as having the smartest MLB team when it comes to players with college degrees (or some college). The Braves rank last on the list. The study only took into account players on the active roster, but does not list players who attended junior college. But here are some Braves with higher ed cred: TIM HUDSON, P, Auburn - Majored in health promotion at Auburn and was named SEC Player of the Year as a senior in 1997. He's been on DL all year.
