Atlanta United’s new manager Gabriel Heinze touched down in the city Monday.
The club posted photos on its various social media channels of Heinze at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.
Heinze must quarantine for up to 10 days before he can begin meeting and working in-person with Atlanta United.
MLS has yet to announce when teams can open training camps.
Atlanta United is scheduled to being participating in the Champions League in early April.
Still, it could be a busy week for the team.
As reported by CL Merlo, the team has completed the signings of striker Lisandro Lopez and midfielder Franco Ibarra. Team vice president Carlos Bocanegra declined to confirm either signing last week.
Additionally, players Miles Robinson and George Bello were called into the U.S. men’s national team by Gregg Berhalter for Sunday’s game against Trinidad and Tobago in Orlando, Fla. They will train with the team in Florida this week.
