Atlanta United will play preseason game vs. LAFC

Atlanta United will play LAFC in an exhibition match on Feb. 10 during its preseason trip in California. Atlanta United is scheduled to spend the first two weeks of the month in the Los Angeles area.

The game will be open to the media, but not the public.

The reigning MLS champs are finalizing as many as three more preseason games. Opponents, sites and dates haven’t been announced.

The team’s season will start with a CONCACAF Champions League game at Herediano in Costa Rica on Feb. 21. The return leg will be Feb. 28 at Kennesaw State.

The team’s league season will start March 3 at D.C. United.
