Atlanta United striker Josef Martinez was named the MLS Player of the Week on Monday.

Martinez scored four goals -- two in a 3-0 win over Minnesota and two more in a 2-0 win over Chicago -- to earn his first weekly award this season. He has a team-leading 10 goals in the league this season.

Martinez has been named the MLS Player of the Week seven times since the start of the 2017 season.

Atlanta United will play at Charleston on June 11 in the U.S. Open Cup and at Toronto on June 26.
