Atlanta United striker Josef Martinez was named the MLS Player of the Week on Monday.

Martinez scored four goals -- two in a 3-0 win over Minnesota and two more in a 2-0 win over Chicago -- to earn his first weekly award this season. He has a team-leading 10 goals in the league this season.

Martinez has been named the MLS Player of the Week seven times since the start of the 2017 season.
