How the game was won: Hawks point guard Jeff Teague, who had just five points at halftime, finished with 27 points. Backup point guard Dennis Schroeder had a career-high 16 points.

Turning point: In the third quarter, Miami closed to within one point at 63-62. But the Hawks closed the third quarter on a 25-10 run.

Number: 75; The Hawks shot 75 percent from the floor in the third quarter, and they got 10 points in the period from Teague.
