Former NBA player and Atlanta Hawk Joe Smith lost his $61 million fortune and now owes over $150,000, according to CNBC.

Smith was the No. 1 overall pick in the 1995 NBA Draft. He signed a one-year deal with Atlanta in August 2009, and then, Atlanta was Smith's 10th NBA team. His 16-year, 11-team NBA career ended in 2011.

Rodriguez helped Smith revamp his basketball coaching business, convinced Smith to downsize his home, and came up with a spending breakdown, according to the article.
