Alabama receives SEC Championship, College Football Playoff rings

The 2016 SEC Championship and College Football Playoff rings were finally delivered to the Crimson Tide.

Alabama announced the news on the team Twitter page on Monday evening.

After the Crimson Tide received their rings, the team dined together for the annual Steak and Beans Dinner.

Alabama defeated Florida 54-16 in the 2016 SEC Championship, holding the Gators scoreless in the second half.

The Crimson Tide then went on to the National Championship game only to give up 21 points in fourth quarter to Clemson. Clemson won the College Football Playoff National Championship 35-31 after Alabama allowed a touchdown with 0:01 remaining in the game.
