READ: The U.S. Supreme Court decision on presidential immunity

The U.S. Supreme Court ruled Monday that Donald Trump’s official acts as president are immune from prosecution but his private acts are not. The 6-3 decision was authored by Chief Justice John Roberts.

The case was sent back to U.S. District Court Judge Tanya Chutkan.
