Jury selection in the case is scheduled to begin Monday.

Hill, who suffered from bipolar disorder was off his medication and wandering his apartment complex naked on March 9, 2015 when Olsen was summoned to the scene. When Hill ran toward him, Olsen fired.

He said it was self defense. But prosecutors contend it was murder.
