Russia: Plane crash in Egypt was result of terrorist act

A homemade bomb brought down a Russian passenger plane that crashed Oct. 31 in Egypt, the head of Russia's security service said Tuesday.
Russia called the deadly crash, which killed 224, an act of terrorism.
