‘Black Lightning’

This CW drama is a based on the DC comic character Black Lighting and is produced by Greg Berlanti, who has four other DC-inspired shows on the network, according to Variety.

What are they looking for?

The following roles are being cast for a scene based on the Charlottesville, VA protests. Because of the sensitive nature of the scene, an exceptional level of professionalism is needed.

  • Student protesters – men and women age 18 to 32, any ethnicity, to portray students rallying for removal of statues on their college campus (Subject: "STUDENT PROTESTORS")
  • Counter-protesters – Caucasian men age 28 to 45, with beards, buzz cuts, bald heads, clean cut/preppy types, etc. (Subject: "COUNTER PROTESTORS").
  • Campus police – men and women age 28 to 45, any ethnicity. Scene will involve light running. (Subject: "CAMPUS POLICE")

When are they filming?

Filming will take place in Atlanta on Nov. 16 with an afternoon call wrapping in the early morning hours. Expect to be on set for 10 to 12 hours.

How much does it pay?

Pay is $64 for eight hours.
