‘Venom’

The Sony film is based on Venom, Marvel's supervillain alien/human hybrid, according to Newsweek. It stars Tom Hardy, Riz Ahmed and Michelle Williams.

What are they looking for?

The following roles are being cast, and in some cases, men will need to have their hair cut to fit in with this period piece:

Contortionists – (Subject: CONTORTONISTS)

San Francisco style – people with a little flair and a cool, funky, hip, geeky San Francisco vibe (Subject: SAN FRAN)

Midtown types – for an upscale, hip restaurant scene (Subject: COOL DINNER)

Medical staff – with some medical background, all ethnicities, age 20 and over (Subject: ANTI MEDICAL)

Mercenaries – tough men and women with real-life military or police experience (Subject: MERC)

Asians – age 18 and over. If you've already submitted, don't resubmit. (Subject: ASIAN)

When are they filming?

“Venom” will film from the end of October through February. The following dates have been set for the following roles:

San Francisco style – Oct. 31, Nov. 1 and 2 (must be available all three days) in Little Five Points

Midtown types – Nov. 13 in west Midtown

Medical staff – Nov. 14 and 15 in Riverdale

How much does it pay?

Pay for San Francisco and Midtown types is $64 for eight hours. Mercenaries will be paid $125 for eight hours, and pay for other roles will be determined.

Include three photos (head, body and profile) that show your current hairstyle, and submit your age, height, weight and all contact information. If you're submitting for a mercenary role, include all relevant experience, and if you're submitting for an Asian role, include which country you're descended from.
