‘Star’

Lee Daniels' Fox musical drama is now filming its second season. The series tells the story of a girl named Star (Jude Demorest) who travels to Atlanta with her sister Simone (Brittany O'Grady) and spoiled rich girl Alexandra (Ryan Destiny) to try to become famous as a girl group. Queen Latifah portrays Star and Simone's godmother.

What are they looking for?

New faces are needed for the following roles:

Store clerk – men and women 25 and up to portray a store clerk (Subject: Clerk)

Store customers – men and women 21 and up to portray store customers (Subject: SC)

Groupies – attractive, hot women 18 and up for a studio session with a music artist (Subject: Groupies)

Watching – women 30 and up who appear to be African-American are needed (Subject: Watching)

When are they filming?

Filming will take place in Atlanta on Aug. 28.

How much does it pay?

Pay is $68 for eight hours.
